Boys 08 State Results
The boys swam very well and improved from their seeded positions in every case. Ross Allen improved from 22nd seed to
20th place at state in the 200 free and from 19th to 17th in the 100 breast. Michael Murphy improved from a 24th place seed
to 16th in the prelims and then to 10th in the finals. Phenomenal !!!!. Bothrelays advancced to the finals where the 200 medley
(Zach Fischer, Ross Allen, Michael Murphy, and Jonathan Profitt) finished 15th. The 200 free relay (Zach Fischer, Jonathan Profitt,
Michael Murphy, and Ross Allen) finished 13th in the prelims and then moved up to 11th with a great race in the finals. The boys
finished 24th with 23 points (last year they were 50th with 6 points).
